Great view
3/5 The cottage is very old and out dated. Needs many upgrades. There is only one widow AC unit so the bedrooms are very hot and uncomfortable at night the living room has one couch and a dining room table so very cramped. There is no beach access even if you walk the 3 houses down as instructed there still is no beach access. But the view from out back is amazing especially in the morning.

Come for the view, cottage is in dire need of renovation
3/5 We booked this cottage for our 25th wedding anniversary. We were quite surprised at how rundown and neglected it looked. Yes, it was clean and had a kitsch y vibe, but there were broken items strewn around the premises, paint on all the windows, duct taped wooden columns for the pergola, a peeling painted kitchen sink, uneven floor and an uninviting shower.Even the flyswatter was dry rotted. When I sent feedback to the host/ manager she called me and said I was nitpicking. Said she was proud of the condition of the property and it had gotten " raving " reviews. I actually cried the first night there because I was so disappointed. The photos of the property are deceiving. It looks good from a distance, but up close you see the poor quality of workmanship. Some things could be tweaked fairly easily to make it much more appealing.

-All the amenities included in our listing are accurate. While we don't have central air, we provide an AC/heat unit in the living room and multiple fans to cool down other rooms if necessary.
-The living room includes a couch and a dining room table, which are standard pieces of furniture and accurately depicted in our photos.
-As for beach access, it is three houses down and available to our guests. We haven't received any other complaints about this, so we're confident in this information.
