  ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE was that the CLEANING FEES were TOO high for such a short(2 day) stay compared to the total cost of the house itself

  Our host, Kelly, was communicative and helpful. And the house was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in.

  This is our second time staying. We recommended different couch (more comfortable) and extra seating for the kitchen table. Both were there for our second stay! This is an excellent place for seniors. And, the neighborhood is very special.We recommend taping or securing the rug to the floor. It would ride up when we backed out of the table chairs. We also recommend having a real person other than Evolve as the main contact with VRBO. Evolve is not a real person and does not respond to messages per request (for example, needed check-in instructions by email not phone).
