• AVOID! TERRIBLE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY

  AVOID! Very old, run down and needs a lot of cleaning and repairs. Messed up fridge - broken draw at the bottom, missing a side for one shelf, the house was not properly cleaned - there was a bundle of hair in the master bedroom shower, the kitchen countertops were soiled and dirty, the kitchen sink was dirty, the windowsills and window frames are dirty, have dead bugs, dirt and possibly black mold at the bottom of them, you see all this when you open them, the carpets are stained and have a smell of old worn out carpets, and carpet cleaning chemicals and definitely need to go to the trash, the outside furniture has never been cleaned and prepped for our arrival, the pillow seats were just piled up on one of the couches, and the tarp full of water was lying next to them, the place where you put the trash can in the kitchen is rotting away and most likely has mold, there is a giant crack in the tabletop above the dishwasher, to the right of it and where the tabletop meets the wall - who knows what can crawl out of there. The 4 bar stools in the kitchen are badly stained, the light above the square table does not work. The walls have stains and smudges, especially the walls in bathrooms, there are random wires sticking out from the walls, there is trash in the kitchen cabinets and in the draws, and overall they are so neglected it hurts to look at them, the floors in the master bedroom bathroom were dirty, there is mold in the shower.

  Nice house, plenty of room, the owner was very receptive and helpful with any problems that arose.

  Nice house in a peaceful neighborhood. Owner was very kind and responsive and willing to address problems quickly. The washer machine was having a lot of difficulties so he went ahead and bought a new one during our stay which was very helpful.
