1/5 The house was not clean. There was spiderwebbing in the upstairs shower. There was what appeared to be mold in the bathroom upstairs. The access panel for the HVAC was laying on the floor, completely exposing a large hole in the wall. The house was very dark due to every light fixture having missing bulbs. When I called out host regarding this, she mentioned that the living room light fixture didn’t work and an electrician was due the following week. She was going to bring lights bulbs and replace the blown bulbs but brought the wrong bulbs and didn’t return with the correct ones. The outdoor grill doesn’t work. There were a total of 2 washcloths in the house, both which said “makeup” on them. There were no other washcloths. There were clothes in the dryer when we checked in. We were very disappointed with the stay. We have stayed with properties rented from Evolve before and have always been pleased. I’m really surprised Evolve has this house on their rental properties. we definitely would NOT stay here again

4/5 Host was responsive but had a delay with check-in information. Unit seemed to be going through some repairs but it was overall clean (some items in the kitchen drawers had some residue) and comfortable. Internet is very slow if you are used to city/suburban speeds (even with ethernet) so plan on utilizing data. The outdoor portions we didn’t get to use due to weather but they are really the highlight for this rental.

5/5 Was as I expected, but the property is up a steep curvy dirt road. Recommend all wheel drive at least.

Park view house
1/5 House wasn’t clean I wouldn’t recommend staying here I’m sure the house you live in is nicer ,for the price they charge I thought it would be a lot better, the town and surrounding areas are great I would just rent another house!
