Wonderful retreat
5/5 We were a party of 5 with a dog (husky). There was plenty of room to spread out when needed plus an area for tv/computer gaming AND a screened-in porch! The back deck was off the porch with no access except from the house, thus making it a private place for us! The kitchen was nicely stocked with normal appliances (except no hand mixer). The view out the back was mostly forest and peeks through the trees for sunset. There is a wonderful overlook just down the road for spectacular sunset viewing! And access points for many of the trails are within walking distance of the house. We had one issue which was quickly resolved by our local contact! Would highly recommend this place!

Christmas Family reunion
5/5 We rented this place for a Christmas family reunion and were not disappointed. The house was as advertised; beautiful, clean and well cared for. We were especially surprised with the decorated Christmas tree in the living room, which made our Christmas family reunion perfect. The owner graciously allowed us a later checkout time when a winter storm blanketed the area. We would definitely recommend this location to others and we look forward to returning next year.
