CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Enter the backyard through the fenced gate located on Tilden street. For the fence gate keyless entry, press any button to make the numbers light up, then type in the last 4 digits of your phone number, then press the lock/unlock button
- The property door is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
-All Used Beds: Bed-linen (sheets, pillow cases, comforters/quilts) must be pulled from the beds and left in the middle of each bed. Please do not pull mattress protective covers or pillow protective covers off.
-Bath linen, kitchen linen, and bath mats must be pulled and placed in front of the washer and dryer if applicable or in one designated bathroom.
-All trash throughout the home must be pulled and removed from the home and disposed of; this includes all opened food, drink, and bags of ice in the refrigerator. (Please note if there is a recycle bin all recyclables must be placed in the recycle bin without a plastic bag, items stored in a plastic bag are considered trash by the recycling companies and they will not empty the bin).
-All dirty dishes must either be washed or placed in the dishwasher and started before leaving the home.
-Any furniture moved should be properly staged back into its original area.
-Spring and Summer months ensure that the A/C units are left on and thermostats are left at 68 degrees. Fall and Winter months ensure that the Heat is left on and thermostats are left at 68 degrees.
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
