Richmond Condo
5/5 Stayed here for Richmond Marathon weekend. It had everything we needed and was close to most places we visited. Uber was easily accessible. The 2 separate bathrooms with adjoining tub/shower was a plus!

Perfect Place for our Weekend in Richmond
5/5 Beautiful property!!!! Loved how clean it was, very comfortable, lots of space, was perfect size for two couples!! Lots of mirrors which is very helpful when you are there for a wedding weekend! The housekeeping service that is used does a great job with lovely personal touches! Host responded to my texts very quickly and was super helpful and sweet! Highly recommend this property!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great Weekend Stay
5/5 We had a great time at this beautiful property! Host was amazing and quick to respond! Inside of property was fantastic and good space for two couples! Lots of mirrors to get ready for the wedding we were there for. The company that handles the cleaning does a great job with personal touches all over the house.

5/5 Accommodations were clean and comfortable, checkin process was simple and our host was very easy to get ahold of.
August Stay
3/5 The external characteristics of the property did not do the internal characteristics justice. The grass was extremely high and a lot of trash at the curb on the ground. The neighborhood is a little sketchy. I was worried a bit for my safety; however, I just remained alert. The inside of the property is supreme! It looks exactly like the picture, but even better in person. It is minutes away from the convention center. It was quite difficult initially to get in touch with the owner. I had a few minor problems with checking in but I finally got it. There continued to be a long delay in response from the owner when contacting for minor issues. Nevertheless Joyce is pleasant. Improvements: Laundry detergent and ironing board needed. The running toilet next to the bedroom was a 30 minute cycle nuisance during the stay. Other minor issues discussed with the owner. Overall the stay was good.
