  We had a great time at Breezy Oaks! Great location for hopping onto trailheads within 20-45min drive. Quiet and serene with great outdoor space. Cleanliness score only for kitchen appliances/availability. For a home that can host a 7 person family and is at least ten miles from closest grocery store, the utensil and kitchen stocking was fair to poor. Hard to find a cookie sheet, no aluminum foil, bare minimum for pots/pans. Only 5 spoons and 6 forms.

• Sleeping not the best

  The property says that can accommodate up to 8 people, but should clarify that the bunk beds are just for children or light weight people (<100lbs). Also, the bed upstairs needs a new mattress, was bumpy and uncomfortable. Also know that the two bedrooms are in each room so if you are not in any of those rooms becomes inconvenient

  - While the listing photos accurately reflect the home, we appreciate your feedback and will consider adding a note to clarify that the bunk beds are best suited for children or lighter-weight individuals.
  - There’s also a pull-out bed and air mattress available for extra guests, which we hope you were able to make use of during your stay.
  - Mattress comfort can be subjective, but we’ll still inspect the upstairs mattress to ensure it meets our standards, and will replace it if necessary.
  - The layout with bathrooms inside the bedrooms is typical of rural homes in the area, but we'll look into updating the listing to make sure future guests are fully aware.
  We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

  I love this property. This is our 2nd stay here. Anytime we are in the area, we will always book this home. The house is spacious, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The outside is amazing too. The large front yard is perfect for playing frisbee with my dog and the backyard has trails to walk around. There are also swings on 2 of the mature trees on the property which is fun for the kids. The host is always available when needed. Lovely place!!

• Amazing!!!

  We had an amazing stay in Reva! We came out to celebrate my daughter’s 7th Birthday. She wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of our city life in DC and this home was the perfect gateway for her and her Bestie to make s’mores together and enjoy a movie night. We cooled down with a water day and enjoyed a cook out on the grill. We will definitely be back!!! 🩷🩷🩷
