  We had a pleasant stay overall, but found the property description to be inaccurate in a few key areas. The description and title using the word 'waterfront' is misleading. We were disappointed to discover there is no view of the water or pier from the house itself; it is located on a street, requiring a walk of about 50 yards to reach the pier. This distinction is important for setting the right expectations.Additionally, the pier is not accessible for individuals with mobility issues due to a steep hill leading to the pier, which should be noted in the listing for guest safety and planning.On another note, we were missing a complimentary bottle of wine mentioned in the amenities, and the host stopped communicating when we enquired about it, which was unhelpful.

  "Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify that the home is located on the waterfront, and guests can access the water with a short walk down the yard. This information is included in the listing details as well as the welcome book at the property. During your stay, the only question I received was about the location of the trash can, which you later confirmed you found. No other concerns or questions were shared with me, so I wasn’t aware there was any confusion about accessing the water at the time. I hope this helps clarify for future guests."

  I loved the Property. The dead end street was wonderful. It was great for walking. My son fished on the pier. The house was wonderful and well kept. Would rent this property again
