• A little disappointing...

  The house was nice but a bit of disrepair,

  it couldn't handle larger groups. The water pressure was non existent if you had more than one thing running. So one shower at a time, even though there were two bathrooms. If you turned on both, one would just stop running. Things that were broke were just pushed back together, someone sat on a chair and it fell over because it slid off the blocks stuck where there was a missing leg, 2 more chairs where broken at the dining room table. The kayaks the house came with, one almost went under after being out for less than an hour because it was taking on so much water that I barely made it back to the dock. The house just wasn't well kept for the cost.

  We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during check-in or during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home.
  We have had the water company come out, and there was no water pressure issue at this time.
  The maximum occupancy of the home is 10 guests. It is not meant to host any more than the maximum occupancy.
  We have replaced the kayaks with 2 brand new ones and removed the old one; we were not aware there was an issue with one of them.
  We were not aware of the broken chair; it has been removed from the property.
  There was 1 broken dining room chair, and it has been replaced for future guests.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Cute Place with Lots to do

  Everything was great about the place. Only downside was the water pressure was low at times so we had to cordinate taking showers but that was a small issue. Overall would stay again

• Amazing property!

  Loved our stay here. This house is perfect for a group with every amenity needed. This host has thought of everything! From fun indoor games to kayaks and paddle-board you won’t be bored. The attention to detail in the house was amazing. For example, there are 8 types of tea as well as multiple types of coffee. The glasses and mugs are all nice heavy material- it’s a nice change from most rentals. There are multiple rooms with super comfortable furniture. Everything is very well done- they thought of everything. The view is incredible. Wake up and see the sunrise. It is gorgeous. The communication with the host was super easy- they were very responsive. Would recommend this place to anyone!

• Sister weekend

  Four sisters enjoyed a wonderful weekend that included walks, sitting on the dock, games, grilling, fire pit, a wine festival, and a farmers market. Great space with beautiful views. Do as much or as little as you want. We will be back.

• Amazing vacation rental

  We had to come in from NC and had family staying with us, the house comfortably slept 7 and would sleep more with plenty of room. We were impressed by the beautifully decorated home and all of the activities, indoor and outdoor. The weather kept us inside but we would definitely come back in the warmer months. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of toiletries, which was rare for a rental. Extra towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows… everything to make you feel at home. The beds were super comfortable. The home has a great view of the sunrise and the sunsets just across the street. Evolve is a little difficult to get in touch with if you have questions about the property but the owners who help take care of the home were very helpful and prompt in answering any questions. We had plenty of room and this was such a great home away from home.
