4/5 House was very spacious and easily accommodated my family for the holidays. Host communicated check in instructions timely. The biggest con for me was the noise- the house is next to a road that trucks are currently using for nearby road construction and there were loud construction trucks coming and going all night. The linens provided for the beds were a bit scratchy and it would have been great if wash clothes/ hand towels were provided.

5/5 Beautiful house, just as described. Plenty of kitchen supplies, including an impressive coffee spread, sheets, towels, etc. Only a block from the beach which was perfect. Much better than VA Beach! No waves but nearly empty and warm as a hot tub. Kids liked the separate FROG where they could hang out. Loved the outdoor shower! Best of all: no ridiculous check-out requirements. Just lock up and leave. Will likely book again.

No hot water in kitchen
3/5 This is a lovely, spacious home and the beds we used were comfortable. However, there is no hot water in the kitchen, so the dishwasher doesn't wash with hot water. The owner seems to think this is fine and seemingly doesn't plan to get that fixed. They have spent money on the house and think that is enough. The beach is a short walk across the road. This area is congested and super noisy at night. There are two box fans provided to help, and they do, but they don't block all the noise. Big trucks are on the small roads day and night. There are some good restaurants within a reasonable distance.
