Old Condo Needing Repairs
2/5 The listing implied that this is a new condo. It is not! The listing may be new but the condo is old and in need of a quality paint job throughout. The kitchen lacked supplies, the coffee maker was a 2-cup size like in hotel room but there were no filters. The front of the oven has stuff dripping down it (I didn't open it) and the refrigerator was missing the brackets on the door making that part nonfunctional. The 'dining set' used 4 poufs for chairs which were not strong enough for adults to sit on. There were wires hanging from the TVs in both rooms. The bedroom needed night stands and dresser. Our bags had to sit on the floor. The living room needs footstools and end tables. On the plus side, the sheets were clean, there were new towels (still had tags on them) and the shower/bathroom was clean. It was a quiet condo but the balcony is not appealing to use. The instructions said to take out your trash but didn't say where to put it. This unit could be descent but needs a lot of work.

Short Stay By The Bay
4/5 This property is cute, the layout is cool and cute for a family. Couple tweaks in the bathroom (add a waste can) and in the kitchen (a lid for the garbage can, potholders, and faucet needs a screw) and I could give it 5 stars. But, we enjoyed the place and the neighborhood. This place sits right behind a Wal-mart which is very convenient. Manager is very responsive and attentive.
