Nice House
4/5 We only had one issue during our stay. The AC was not working and it got really hot in the house (87 degrees). We checked in pretty late but when I reached out to the property manager he responded right away. We spent the first night without AC and most of the next day. The property manager stayed in constant communication with me about the maintenance staff coming to fix the AC. It was fixed around 4pm the second day. I really appreciated the quick response and diligence that was taken to ensure we didn't endure another night in the summer heat.
The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for my family to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Location is great, its right across from the Massanutten resort property so it was very convenient to get to the waterpark. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice property
4/5 We had a nice stay in Massanutten.The house was prefect for a family of 5 and the location was ideal. We did have a few issues...the toaster didn't work, we couldn't find a sponge to do dishes and the the shower didn't have much hot water. We could sneak in one shower but the second person would have little to no hot water. The hot water issue was resolved promptly but it was an inconvenience.
