Clean and cozy condo
5/5 The condo was exceptionally clean. I took advantage of the balcony on multiple occasions to take calls or chat outside. The bathroom is large and the door is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. While near the train tracks, the bedroom is towards the front of the condo and I didn’t think the train was too loud. Earplugs and other small amenities are provided. Reserved parking can be a little tight depending on neighbors, but otherwise it’s not too far from the condo. Temporary parking in the alley is available to load and unload your vehicle. I personally appreciated the AC setup and did not have to adjust the temperature. The condo itself is very quiet — I never heard any footsteps or talking from other building occupants. The privacy curtains were great to have to keep light out at night. The condo is central and convenient to most everything you’d want to walk to in downtown Lynchburg.

5/5 This was a very clean rental in a great part of downtown. Restaurants within walking distance were extremely good. It had all the amenities we needed. Just a little tricky in the dark and with road construction to find the exact location and parking since not together. It was perfect for our College for a weekend tour of Liberty University

5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Its downtown location was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to many local attractions and amenities.
The property itself was very well maintained, both the exterior and the interior of the condo. We especially appreciated the clean, modern feel and the lovely balcony. The thoughtful inclusion of toiletries and coffee with supplies was a considerate touch that made our stay even more comfortable.
