  This was such a beautiful location for my bachelorette party! Just a few friends and I stayed here for a weekend and it was restorative and cozy. It had everything we needed, and the kitchen was beautifully stocked with utensils and nice dishes, and everything was tastefully decorated. The bonfire pit in the backyard was such a great addition. I'm not sure what other reviewers are saying about the mold-- we didn't notice any problems there. Can't recommend this place enough.

  When we arrive at the home the smell of mold was extremely strong. Within 20 minutes of being there I needed to use my inhaler multiple times. We tried to air out the house but not a single window had a screen on it so we could not leave the windows open due to bugs. After an hour of being there we had headaches from the smell. We called Evolve to cancel our reservation, and we’re only being refunded 50% of total cost. No one should be staying at this house, the water damage and mold smell is not healthy. I am disappointed in Evolve as well since they recommended this home to us and have it listed through their company. This home should be removed from Evolve so that other customers do not experience what we did. When it came to the refund evolve just pushed the blame on the owner saying they would only allow 50% when evolve should have taken some responsibility as well.

  The stay was absolutely perfect, we checked in with no issues. The place was in great shape, absolutely clean from top to bottom. This is a beautiful little get away with plenty of space and adequate sleeping arrangements with one bed and bathroom upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs. We will definitely be staying here again as it was beautiful inside and out and the price point was absolutely perfect. Thank you for all ur hard work to provide such a wonderful space for our stay and my opportunity to ask my gf now fiancé to marry me!!! She said YES!!! Thank you again it was beautiful and spotless!!!

  We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness at this property even though the property manager said it had just been cleaned before we arrived. We believe this to be true as there was a puddle of cleaning solution on the floor. Kitchen utensils on the counter were dusty, the microwave was dirty and had to be cleaned before using, window sills and baseboards were dirty, shower/tub was filthy. No screens in the windows so windows had to stayed closed which was a concern since the house smelled very musty, especially the main room. We did not use the downstairs, but it seemed better than the upstairs. Windows could also use a good washing. This could be a decent property with a thorough cleaning. The bedding and towels were clean, there were plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils etc. It was not clear to us that a hotspot would be required to use the SmartTV/Internet. Property was in a quiet setting about 15 minutes out of town. Beautiful area.
