- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the back fence facing the main house. Camera 2 is on the barn facing the main house/shed. Camera 3 is on the shed facing the barn. Camera 4 is on the main house facing the driveway. Camera 5 is on the summer kitchen facing the main house patio. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion



PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 1500 Hamilton Rd, Louisa, VA 23093
- Your GPS should lead you directly to the driveway. You should expect to travel on some well-maintained gravel roads and cross at least one one-lane bridge regardless of your route
- When you get to the driveway, turn into it (marked Hard Bargain and Willow Creek Farm) and proceed past the brick house on the right, through the gate (just under a mile), until you get to a yellow farmhouse. Continue past the yellow house until you get to the large gray barn

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The best door to enter the barn is the smaller door by the basketball court. There is a padlock, and the code is 7217. Feel free to leave that door unlocked during your stay
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please place all trash in the large receptacles on the ground floor of the barn
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

- You are welcome to eat anything growing in the garden or on the fruit trees (apples, peaches, pears, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, sugar snap peas, strawberries & more)
