  My family and I absolutely love staying at the Point House. The home is lovely, well appointed, and always immaculate. The views from almost every room add to the tranquility of being on the water.

  We had coffee on the deck in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The loft provided a great space from which my adult children could work when necessary. My son has taken his boat, and the close proximity of the boat ramp is a huge plus. We took the boat to Merrior and Fish Hawk at the Tides Inn for lunch or just to get out on the water.

  The house is within walking or biking distance of Irvington, which is a great advantage. There is so much to do in the Irvington area, but we love just spending time at the house.

  The host has a wonderful supply of games to enjoy. My granddaughter loves the sandy beach area and the dock from which to fish. Our host is most gracious and available for any questions. This was our fourth year in a row at this lovely property, and we are looking forward to returning next year for our fifth visit.

• Charming Home

  We had a wonderful time while staying at Huckleberry Point.

  The house is so well appointed. It had everything we needed and so close to shops, if we needed anything. We walked to dinner, the Farmers Market, tennis & pickleball, The Local coffee shop, the school to play basketball, and Livi’s market. The kitchen was stocked really well, with plenty of cooking and serving dishes. The bedrooms were conditioned well and the beds and linens were very comfortable.

  The living areas were also very comfortable.

  It was nice to have toiletries available.

  We brought our boat and the docking was made easy. Kids enjoyed crabbing and fishing off of the dock.

  Our Hostess, Frances, was lovely and so glad we had the opportunity to connect with her and start a friendship.

  We definitely want to come back again soon!

  We wanted to take a girls trip that wasn’t too far away and this house was absolutely perfect! Right on the water, everything you need for a short or long-term stay. It was perfect! Great communication from the Williams family. We’ll definitely be back!

• Relaxing Weekend

  Our weekend couldn’t have been better. I spent a Girls Weekend with my daughters We had fun in such a spacious beautiful, decorated home. There’s really a lot to do and see in the quaint town.

• Relax and enjoy this amazing home!

  Upon arrival, we found an extrememly clean home with amazing views.The home was bright and airy with lots of windows showcasing the waterfront. It had gorgeous wood interiors and was well-lit. There was a large amount of space sufficient to accomodate all guests, allowing private space and group seating. The bedding was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The water pressure was good. There were outdoor balconies and the dock area to sit and enjoy the vistas. Kayaking and paddleboarding was easy to do, although take advatge of the weekdays as the water gets busier on the weekends with power watercraft. We caught fish consistently al week; likewise with crabs. GD liked playing in the sand. There is much to do in the area - a farmer's market on Sat., a riverboat museum, a nature walk area, some beach access areas, a minigolf/arcade venue, and many restaurants/bars. We did take bikes and were able to ride some thru the town. Owner very responsive and alerted us to weather issues. Overall, a soothing home to enjoy one another's company, relax, enjoy nature, and recharge. A suggestion - There is only a small beach umbrella supplied. If you want/need some shade in the sand by the docks, bring a canopy/tent that you can set up as the sun can be brutal down there, especially for children.
