  Wonderful place to stay for the weekend! Property was very easy to check in to with the keyless entry. Lovely, multi-story townhome with a nice full kitchen and lots of sleeping space.

• Worst Experience Ever - Fraud!

  I booked a trip for 3 nights and received 2 different confirmation emails indicating that the code to check in / gain entry via the digital keypad was the last 4 digits of the phone number used to make the reservation. However, when we arrived to check in the code did not work despite trying numerous times. I noticed there were 2 different names and numbers for the guest contact in the emails received. I left a message for the 1st one (the owner) indicating that I could not access the property with the code. I have not heard from the owner at all since that time. I then called the 2nd number provided and when I spoke to the person, she indicated she was housekeeping only and did not have access. She then proceeded to tell me that the owners were irresponsible and she's received numerous calls from people unable to get into the home with reservations. I proceeded to all my credit card company to dispute the charge as I never checked in and had to make a hotel reservation instead. Since that time, I have received 2 emails with new entry codes!
