Tranquility in the woods
5/5 Such a beautiful & well appointed cabin. Everything you need to sit back & enjoy nature or lounge on the large reclining sofa by the fireplace with a book. We loved, loved the outdoor propane firepit in the evenings as well as the BBQ. Relaxing with a glass of wine & listening to the sounds of the forest & trees. The husband got to watch his favorite team play football while we played cards at the table. It's a short walk to the lake & the pups loved walking up the road. In all, an amazing, relaxing getaway so close to Roanoke.

Great Escape from the day to day
5/5 This cabin was amazing. The decor and fire place was something special. It provides you with a good escape with lots of privacy including your own private trail to the lake (which is a 3 minute walk from the cabin). We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the leaves fall and just soaking in the peace and quiet this cabin provides. It has a modern vibe with a lot of the amenities and upgrades but still fills like the cabin getaways of yester-years. We loved it and enjoyed the Fairytale Cafe which is a 20 minute drive away but a fun little jewel of an eatery. Highly recommend.
