Just ok
3/5 The home was fine.. however the reason we selected this home was because it had a Hot tub. The hot tub didn’t work ! Very disappointing.

Owner's response: "Jerry, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
- We have not had any issues with the hot tub it works fine. When you arrived it was very cold and snowing it does take a little longer to heat up to the required temperature when it's colder. Perhaps it was too cold to sit in the hot tub and that's why it didn't get used.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."Just ok

JMU Football
3/5 My family of 8 (ages 25-76) gathered for a JMU football game. The location was great for that, as were the sleeping accommodations and number of bathrooms. Negatives were: for a house that sleeps 8, there were only 6 chairs for the dining table. The kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes - not enough coffee cups or glasses, no saucepans for to boil water for spaghetti, etc.
