2/5 House felt like a dirty bachelor pad.The only Pro is the location.Cons include:No wash cloths. Requested same with no response. Only 2 hand towels for entire house.Not enough utensils for eight people. Primary suite is on the top floor and not the main floor as listed.No king bed in upper room as indicated in listing.There were no pillows in pillow cases. There were only shams. Dirty and gritty floors especially ground level. White socks were black on the first night.Minimal, worn out cookware.Disgustingly dirty dish sponges.No detergent for dishwasher.Poor response to communication.House was not ready for checkin at 3pm.

5/5 We stayed here with our adult children as we gathered for a family wedding. This property is in a pleasant residential community, nicely furnished, and easily accessible. We had a lovely time!

Very large and spacious home minutes from JMU
5/5 Our family of four had tons of room to spread out in this home. Very close to JMU - perfect if you are attending events at the school. The property manager was very fast to respond to our needs and had issues fixed very quickly. The home is located on a nice cut de sac as well.
