Acceptable
4/5 The tv had been changed so needed passwords and when reached out to owner they were not aware. Also carpet had pet stains. Counters needed to be washed before using. They have offered reciprocity for this which is very nice. It is a beautiful home and plenty of room.

We were unaware that the TV had been logged off the internet before your arrival, the issue has since been resolved, and the carpets have since been replaced, unfortunately, there just wasn’t enough time for a full carpet cleaning before your arrival. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again!"
Exactly What We Needed
5/5 We are thrilled with our stay this past weekend. The house was charming, clean, wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable. We did not bring our dogs, but the house had a huge double dog crate that would have held both our large fur babies.We were able to enjoy cocktails on the deck and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed to make an amazing Sunday breakfast! I was even greeted by a family of deer on Monday morning while sipping my coffee!The location was great! We were able to get to Chincoteague and Snow Hill MD within 25 minutes, so we were right in the middle of all of our destinations. The only thing that would have made this stay perfect was if the amenities were open such as the pool, and not having a grocery/convenience store nearby meant we had to drive to Pocomoke City to get food and staples. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat....and next time bring our children and dogs!
