Perfect for sunsets and birdwatching
5/5 It was the perfect location for a relaxing long weekend. The place is very nice, very clean, perfect for a couple, with a beautiful view on the river and beautiful sunsets. The screened in porch is great and we got to see bald eagles from the backyard. We will definitely come back off season for another quiet stay.

Wonderful girls getaway!
5/5 Very cozy, nice decor, clean and a beautiful view with majestic eagles flying over the water. The kitchen is stocked with most any pot, pan or utensil you would need to cook a meal or there are restaurants and a grocery store within 15 minutes. It was cold outside and took us a while to figure out to keep the bedrooms and the bathroom doors closed (they run cool) to warm up the living room and kitchen and then it was great. Highly recommended this for friends or small family get away. The place is small but laid out well. We will probably be back.

5/5 We came for the Urbanna oyster festival and found the cottage to be a perfect landing spot for us. Charming, clean, beautiful view, and well stocked!

Great little house on the water
5/5 Such a cute little house on a beautiful piece of the Piankatank. Everything you could ever need is provided. I could just sit on the dock forever. We caught a couple of nice crabs...and threw them back. Delightful getaway.
