A pleasant stay overall.
4/5 The location was great, and the home was very well-supplied. Really, all one needs to buy is food, even for a week stay. Having some restaurants within walking distance was a plus and the grocery store is not far!
Although a little echoey, the place is quite roomy and a good gathering space for families.
The only problem was access to the pool. Supposedly the pool access device was taken by a previous renter and so we missed a whole pool day waiting for a "fix". Turns out no device is actually needed. We discovered just a sheet sign-in at the pool. Why did the owner say a device was needed and not say we could just walk over there and get in?
Manager's Response:
From the Owner: "The info we provided on access to the pool is in accordance with HOA rules. It is possible that what the lifeguard does is contrary to HOA policy. We could not give advance notice about the pool access device because we only learned about it on the day you arrived during our pre-check-in cleaning. We have noted all the other fixes needed and are working on them. Thanks.
Gainesville townhouse
5/5 The townhouse was great- very clean and plenty of room for my family of six. I do wish there was a bigger bed in the Master bedroom- the mattress was thin and the bed was squeaky to sleep in. Property manager was great- very easy to communicate with very helpful.
