5/5 Kitchen is amazingly equipped although I rarely use it , ice maker is awesome . Washer/dryer , garbage disposal and temp control in every area. I love the porch and best view of the river and everything around. Covered parking area and host is beyond responsive to any needs.Best house on the street but it’s so comfy. Bathroom is small but efficient
