5/5 The house was very clean. Kitchen has all you need. Beautiful view of the river and dam. It is a very quiet and restful place. Great place to stay if you want to use the New River Trail. The host is very responsive and gracious. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Place!
5/5 What a wonderful place. We sat on the front porch in the afternoon and could here the new river dam. The kitchen was very well outfitted with all the utensils we needed and the place was very clean.

It really IS cozy!
5/5 The two days we went to Fries it was cold and rained constantly, so there wasn't any hiking and such. The house is lovingly remodeled and updated (and cozy!), so it wasn't a hardship staying in. Puzzles, movies, and reading by the gas-log fireplace. Great meals in local restaurants; nice view from the covered porch; and NO traffic! Peaceful weekend.
