Cute little house
5/5 This house was just what we were looking for. It was just my wife and I and our fur babies so it was perfect. We didn't need the other two bedrooms so we just closed the doors. House was clean and quiet and location was perfect for us. We did notice however that previous renters did not clean up their dog waste which was a shame because the owners were kind enough to allow pets and some people tend to take advantage of a good thing. We would definitely stay again.

5/5 Weekend trip was a success. This home was wonderful, comfortable, well kept, clean, organized. It had everything you would need. It was close to downtown Fredericksburg and Central Park, both within a 10-15 minute drive. The small fenced in part of the yard was perfect and enough to let my dogs out and easy to clean up. The doggy door was a plus!! This house is conveniently located to I95 and 50 miles from Washington, DC. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area for a weekend.

5/5 Property was great, centrally located and yet quiet. We had an event and the lighting in the bathroom was great for getting ready. There was even a spot to park a boat off the side of the circle driveway.

Cute and comfortable
5/5 Neighbors were nice too! We stayed while we moved my daughter from one apartment to another. It was a great way for my daughter to have a place to live for a few days, while my husband and I came and went depending on the moving progress. The house was comfortable (and my daughter said she slept soundly). The neighbor mowed the lawn and kindly chatted. We felt safe and comfortable!
