We loved this cabin in the woods! It's obvious that the owners put a lot of effort and TLC into upgrading and furnishing this property. The grounds are expansive and inviting with lots to explore and enjoy. We'd certainly want to come back and highly recommend it, especially for outdoor lovers.

Quiet, relaxing and interesting roads to town.
Each day was an adventure.

Cozy cabin with beautiful grounds. Remote location but many things to do in the area within a reasonable drive. Lower level does not heat nearly as well as upstairs. A space heater was provided for each bedroom but circuit kept tripping when running both.

My wife, another couple and I were looking for a long weekend away and this fit the bill. Close to several state parks where we went hiking plus a quiet getaway. We loved it.

We loved the screened in porch! We spent every evening after hiking listening to music and visiting out there. It stormed for hours one night and it was fantastic to sit out there and watch it all around us. It was nice and quiet during our stay. There is another home nearby that shares the driveway, but the lush green trees kept it from our view. My son saw a bear a few minutes from the property. It was fun to be out in the middle of nowhere. Everything was more than adequate for our simple needs.
