    Overall well stocked, freshly painted, safe backyard, easy access.

    The only negative is that the upstairs two bedrooms were hot. Had thermostat set at 70 and upstairs never got below 80. Investigation showed two small vents upstairs.

We apologize for the discomfort and realize the portable fans weren't sufficient for the warmer weather. To ensure future guests stay cool, we've purchased two portable A/C units for the upstairs bedrooms and are currently coordinating with an electrician to have them installed.
