- Due to limited cell service in the area and at the property, it is recommended that you download navigation instructions before you travel to the vacation rental
- Google Maps and Waze may take you to the wrong property. There are 2 houses as you enter the driveway. The correct property is the white house in the back at the top of the hill. Please veer to the left when the driveway forks, and do not stop at the first house on the right or use that home's driveway
- The vacation rental is located behind the first home on a hill
- The first house on the right is not the vacation rental property. The vacation rental is the white house at the back and at the top of the hill. Veer to the left to 2313 when the driveway forks. Do not stop at the first house on the right or drive into that driveway

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox located on the doorknob of the lower-level door. The code is 2313
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Deposit all trash in the provided cans
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept in beds unmade. Do not remove the linens
- Put all used towels in the bathtub
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Ensure that the gas stove is turned off and no water is left running in the house
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please do not wander onto or use the neighbor's property at the bottom of the hill
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
