Very nice and relaxing retreat after hiking in Shenandoah National Park.
Beautiful natural surroundings are the focal point of this property. Time well spent on the porch in the mornings and evenings with coffee and the birds happily chirping. White oaks, lob lolly pines, and tulip trees encircle the property. Perfect in every way.

Pauline, thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. However, we feel compelled to clarify the following:
Regarding the bathroom smell, there was no reported issue before or after your stay. The previous guests did not mention any smell, and our cleaning team, who was there just before your arrival, also reported no issues. Additionally, the homeowners live right next to the cabin. Their phone number is posted throughout the property, however, they reported they did not receive any calls, texts, or knocks on the door from you regarding this issue.
The other reviews consistently reflect a positive experience, and we strive to maintain high standards for cleanliness and comfort. We regret that we were not able to address this concern during your stay, and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
My husband and I had a lovely stay at the cabin! It was perfect for our anniversary trip. Close enough to Shenandoah National park for hiking yet secluded for the perfect off-grid feel.
