It was such a pleasent trip for friends and family in this rustic but very comfy cabin. The porch views of the hills and mountains are so relaxing. The owner Steve is nothing short of awesome and responsive. My Grandson is in love with the place. Can't wait to get back.
The homeowner would like to share the following: "Thanks, Butch for the great review. Hope your family makes it back up next year!"
The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very secluded with beautiful Mountain View’s. We explored the property and local national forest land while trout fishing and had a great time. Our family will definitely be back next year to visit the local maple syrup shop in McDowell and Franklin WV to continue exploring the local culture.
Shared from the owner: Thanks for being such loyal renters, Rod! We look forward to your return visit next year.
One of the best rental properties we've stayed at - everything was amazing. It is not easy to get to and that is part of the charm. At night, there is not one light to be seen in the world save for the stars. Steve was extremely responsive and helpful when we needed him. We hope to return for a longer stay very soon.
