5/5 The views were amazing, privacy was great yet close enough to stores and restaurants. The house was cozy and well stocked. Getting to the water may be daunting to some but my wife and I both 61 got our paddle boards up and down without issue. Unfortunately, there wasn't an outside working hose to rinse off the sand. Overall, we loved it and would definitely return.

4/5 The house itself was gorgeous, clean, and very well stocked. There were some issues getting the loft cool enough for sleeping, owner tries to cool with a stand alone unit to supplement main unit. Our main issue was access to the advertised water, private dock and beach area. Those are wonderful but, getting down to that area is very dangerous with many large tree roots that criss cross a steep incline - it's very difficult to manage. We rented the unit to surprise for my 75 yr old mother who vacationed in Deltaville as a child and no way she could get down there. The entire reason for our rental was the water access as advertised. The bluff views are outstanding though, the house is private with lawn space that would be perfect for outdoor games or activities. I actually spoke with the owner on this trip after a storm blew through - he is great. I would not hesitate to stay at this home again.

1/5 Very nice view to water but be careful going to water, it is very dangerous going down & bring your own towers, bad sheets, blankets & plenty lights. I wouldn't sleep in the bad. This house needs serious cleaning. I booked for 3 nights for my family but had leave after 2nd nights for many reasons.
