Beautiful sunset
5/5 This place was wonderful! Amazing view over the River. Our kids enjoyed fishing, crabbing and swimming from the dock and beach. We could see porpoises going by which we enjoyed spotting. The sunset was beautiful and watching the storm roll in was great too. Restaurants had really good food. The Galley, Deltaville raw and tap bar were great and close by. The setting was quiet and peaceful and you wouldn’t have to leave. For those who boat… We took our boat over to the Black Duck across the river where you can tie up and go eat. We went over to Gwynn’s island. There is a beach area to anchor at to swim, hang out and The Hole in the wall is another great restaurant you can tie up at to eat. Overall it was a great spot and really nice people! Brad was great at answering any of my questions.

Relaxing stay and beautiful location
5/5 Had a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a little bit of everything. Sunrises and a sunset, a storm and beautiful views all around. Once we got there, we didn’t leave to go anywhere else!

LOVELY SETTING!
5/5 GPS had us good and lost, but once we found it, we were very happy and content there. The home is a place that is positively lived in and loved. It was quiet, and had everything we needed. Many nice touches, particularly on the property. We had privacy and expansive views of the river, and the property was large and well-tended, giving lots of space for walking and enjoying. We absolutely will return. Don't book all the weekends!;)

5/5 Wonderful place for four artists in 5-day plein air event. Great location, views of river, sunrise and sunsets. Quiet, private, comfortable.

Beautiful sunsets
5/5 We had a great stay. Several levels to enjoy the water view all times of day - I side, wraparound porch, yard, beach, and pier. We kayaked nearby, visited the local Deltaville museum, and took a few day trips around the middle peninsula. Very relaxing, and nice to have the kitchen and grill for home cooked seafood from the nearby market.
