  • Amazing views!!

We'd previously stayed at this cottage in the spring, which was wonderful, so we were looking forward to a few days at the bay for a winter getaway ~ although it felt like spring with its coastal warmth! Again, it was great! The cottage was just as expected, clean and inviting! A love seat was added to the sunroom, which was our favorite place to hang out and enjoy the incredible sunsets on the water. The mattress was very firm, but the soft pillows made for a comfortable night's sleep. The kitchen was equipped with all the basics, including a regular-sized Mr. Coffee, now, which was a pleasant surprise! It's a cute cottage with all the comforts of home! The dock was amazing with foldable chairs available for having drinks while watching all the birds! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks, again!!

  • Adequately Sufficient - Good Value

Pros - beautiful view out the back door to the water, new pier, folding chairs for outdoors, most of neighbors properties were neat and clean, inside was very clean, good value for the price, owner let us checkout a little late, very quick to respondCons - the ad should say to bring bottled water - the water there has strong sulphur odor and taste (one taste was enough) - didn't drink it, didn't use it to make coffee or brush my teeth. The other small issue is the floor - when they remodeled they left the warped uneven floor and put snap together vinyl planks on top so the floor is unlevel. The neighboring houses are about 10 feet away, but they were all quiet. Just not a private setting so be aware.

  • Very cute cottage

We were looking for a long quiet weekend and found =it in Deltaville. This cottage is perfect for two. Everything you need is provided plus and outstanding waterfront (really close!) location. We saw many birds and even had a Great Blue Heron give a fishing show out our window. Very relaxing and will use again.

PS - Killer sunsets viewed from the back porch!

  • Perfect little cottage!

We loved our stay at this property. Comfortable, clean and cozy! The location was just what we wanted -- quiet, on the water, not too large. ) We usually have to rent a 3 bedroom house for a couple's getaway!) The weather cooperated to make sitting on the dock with either morning coffee or sunset wine a must. We could jump on our bikes to explore the area, the Deltaville Maritime Museum and farmer's market, or a restaurant. Would definitely return!PS: missed having a toaster, but we made it work! ;)
