We are so sorry!
5/5 The house was lovely. Had everything we needed as advertised. Unfortunately, the town of Damascus was devastated by a flood due to Hurricane Helene. We lost power about 9:40am on 9/27. Also, lost water around the same time. We had to evacuate around 5:30pm on 9/27. We apologize for not being able to wash the dishes or complete some of the other check out procedures due to the circumstances. We are devastated for the community of Damascus as they have suffered catastrophic damage in town. Luckily the house was out of harms way at the time of our departure. The town and people of Damascus are amazing and we wish them well in the recovery process. We got to speak to several locals and many of them were worried that our trip was ruined. Which obviously was of no concern to us, but speaks to the people in the area.

Cute and Comfortable Home
5/5 Home was clean and had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the small touches - charging ports at each bedside, snacks, wood and kindling for fire pit, even an umbrella! Conveniently located near Creeper Trail and Abingdon’s Barter Theatre. Truly a comfortable home away from home!
