  Very clean and fully stocked. Definitely had everything you would need...minus food obviously. The only issue was the A/C. It worked but couldn't keep up with the 97° days. Inside temp would rise to 78 during the day and finally get down to 70 by around 6am. Needless to say it was very difficult to sleep...even with the fans full blast. Overall was a very nice place, tv's in every room, and a great selection of coffee. Tons of entertainment and restaurants very close by!

• Home away from home

  Excellent location! Walking to anything. Very near the base. Nice neighborhood so sitting in the backyard was enjoyable and homey. Lots of considerate amenities are provided. With a baby along, it was a gift to have room darkening drapes in one room. Naps were great!

• Great Property

  This is my first time using an Air BNB. Everything went very smooth from the time I booked the vacation house. To the time I checked out. We arrived after dark, but the outside lights were on for us. We walked around inside and out before bringing our luggage in. My wife who is not easily impressed was smiling, and said " they have thought of everything, this makes me smile" they had everything you could Imagine in the house. The mini fridge in each room had water and soda in them. They had assorted laundry detergent and drier sheets to meet everyone's needs. It was really the little things that made this property pop.

  They had a book with everything you could need and the rules of the house.

  The house was clean and well organized. The back yard was huge. There is allot of room For kids to play and swing. We saw squirrels and numerous birds in and around the flower beds.

  The rules stated that only registered quests were allowed in the house. Since we were in town for a funeral, we asked if we could have my wife's aunt over for a few hours. They approved this without hesitation.

  I would have to reach hard to find anything negative. The only thing I could say was the rule book and the rule sheet on the bar had different check out times. I asked the owner twice about this and never received a response. This was strange because they usually answered any question within a few minutes, so we made sure we were out by 10 am just to be safe.

  If you are looking for a relaxing house to stay for a few days look no further than this place.

  Quiet location on a nice street. Plenty of space and amenities. Great host. Will come back again.
