Fantastic location and awesome property owner!
5/5 We love the Colonial Beach area! This is our third vacation in the area and this house was fantastic. Great location with short walks to awesome restaurants and close to the water. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was spotless. Marcie (owner) was very accommodating in changing our reservations at the last minute due a major snowstorm in mid-February, but we were easily able to shift our reservation to mid-March thanks to her flexibility and assistance. She left us some great St Patrick’s Day treats upon checkin. We will definitely be back again soon and hopefully this house will be available once more.Thanks again to Marcie, VRBO, and the Evolve team!
