very disappointed.
1/5 unfortunately, we never got to make it to the property because the owner canceled our reservation at the very last minute. We had 10 guests coming, one of which needed special accommodations for. disability. we are extremely disappointed in VRBO.

"Hi there, we're truly sorry that your trip was impacted and understand how disappointing this must have been. Unfortunately, a severe ice storm caused a power outage at the property, and despite our efforts to get it restored quickly, the electric company was not able to resolve the issue until Sunday afternoon. Because of these unforeseen circumstances, we had no choice but to cancel the reservation for your safety and comfort. We contacted Evolve as soon as we became aware of the issue and provided documentation from the electric company to ensure transparency.

Cozy, clean and convenient
5/5 Booked this home for 3 nights to visit our daughter with friends and attend a Thursday night Va Tech football game. Great accommodations that was perfect for us and our guests. All rooms, bathrooms, etc were very clean and the house was well stocked and organized - kitchen and bathrooms. Location has a convenient 15 min drive to campus which was an easy drive. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
