4/5 This newly remodeled 3-bedroom home met our needs while visiting Richmond for a swimming competition. All appliances are brand new. We enjoyed the game space on the second floor loft. The bedrooms were spacious and minimally but nicely decorated. The apartment was clean when we arrived except that we found some hair on the sheets in one of the bedrooms so we decided to wash all the sheets before using the beds. We attempted to contact the property management via email but we got no response. Overall, it was a decent stay.
