  We had a wonderful stay in Cape Charles\! The home is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a larger group\. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable\.

  We rented a golf cart during our stay, which was a fun and convenient way to get around the community\. The beach was beautiful, and the community pool was fantastic\. We really enjoyed everything the community had to offer\.

  One small suggestion would be the outdoor grill\. The home currently has a charcoal grill, and we personally would have preferred a gas grill, especially when cooking for a larger group\.

  Overall, we had a great experience\. Cape Charles is such a charming area, and this home was a wonderful place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy our vacation together

  We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very multigenerational & elderly-friendly, with plenty of space & all the comforts of home. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, & the neighborhood was great for walking. We also loved being able to walk to the nearby bay. Trevor was an exceptional host with excellent communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

  My family of 8 rented this house over the Christmas holiday, and it was exactly what we needed.

  It had enough space that we could comfortably be together in any room, or venture off for a time of solitude. We enjoyed spending time in the game room, and definately played a few of the large selection of board games.

  My brother, the chef, loved the kitchen. It was fully stocked with any equipment needed for cooking and baking. And the extra refrigerator in the garage was an unexpected, and appreciated.

  Construction was being done on the house across the street, but we never actually heard them, unless we went outside.

  Finally, I'll say Trevor was so wonderful to work with. He answered every one of my many questions, and even allowed us to stay an extra day when someone in our group got sick.

  Overall it was a wonderful experience, and a perfect holiday, in what my 5 year old nice calls, The Christmas House. :)
