Spacious house we enjoyed the openness of the main living area. Close to the beach and town of Cape Charles.

All went well and property was all that we expected and saw on-line. Only negative was that the BBQ rack was dirty.

This was a nice house and clean for the most part however the carpet in the rooms were dirty and in the master bedroom there was one wet stain. We went the whole weekend without keys which was a little alarming that the housing manager said that we would have the keys the next day since the people before didn’t return them and come Monday those keys were still missing. The wifi was wrong and we had to wait for him to let us know the right login info. The kitchen wasn’t stocked by any means, my friends and I had to go to the store to buy necessities that should’ve been already in the house such as paper towels, toilet paper, plastic utensils and other items. When you come to a vacation spot that’s the last thing you should have to do. They don’t honor military discount so paying over $1700, this house should be way more stocked with amenities. Needless to say this place was way too expensive to stay and not have a extras. The beds were “OK”, a bit loud and the linen is quite old. The mattresses in the rooms with the twin beds were uncomfortable and definitely not for an adult. The charcoal grill was dirty and with the amount of money that this house takes in you would think that they would have a gas grill. Back to the linen you should definitely bring your own because there were only towels for the exact amount of people staying, no extras. Lastly make sure you bring lots of water because the water truly smelled horrible or maybe it wasn’t treated either way not good.
