- The owner has provided personal flotation devices, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards but does not make any guarantee as to the working condition or safety of these items. Use of any of the provided equipment is at your own risk
- Swimming in the lake while the green underwater lights are on is prohibited for electrical safety reasons
- Guest is responsible for unplugging the lights from the outlet at the end of the dock before entering the water between dusk and dawn

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform Keith of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Ensure all kitchen items are clean and put away. Do not leave dirty (or clean) items in the dishwasher.
- Bag and take out all the trash to the bins located outside the garage area
- No loose trash placed in the cans. Please, no trash bags outside of the cans because small animals will get into the trash and make a mess
- Be sure to secure the trash lids to keep any animals from getting into the trash. Empty all trash from the cans located on the dock, deck, and patio, and place a new/empty bag into the can after removing the trash from the containers
- Extra bags will be stored at the bottom of every can for their use
- Strip linens from all used beds (sheets and pillow cases only)
- Place all used linens and towels in the laundry room in the provided white mesh laundry bags. Empty laundry bags can be found in the laundry room.
- If used, replace any of the Canoes, Kayaks and Paddle Boards into the provided storage rack on the property, including the paddles
- Hang up all of the provided life jackets where you found them so that they can be secure from blowing away and be dry for the next guest (hanging up life jackets at the end of every day is recommended)
- Guest is responsible for unplugging the lights from the outlet at the end of the dock before entering the water between dusk and dawn
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances (except clocks in bedroom)
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- Failure to follow any of the rules and policies outlined below may result in immediate loss of use of the property and premises without refund.
- Responsible party must be at least 25 years of age to make reservation, and must be on site while any of their guests are at the property for the duration of the stay
- Photo ID may be required prior to arrival or upon check-in
