5/5 We enjoyed our stay. It has to be the most well decorated and stocked of any of our stays since 2020. The hot tub was one of the main draws for us and it did not disappoint. The garden is beautiful and attracted pretty butterflies and hummingbirds. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. As others have mentioned the stairs are steep! We decided to use the downstairs for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

5/5 We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the landscaping was beautiful—clearly, the host takes pride in the property. Communication was prompt and polite throughout our visit. One note for future guests: be sure to clarify any occupancy limits in advance, as the listing's language could be interpreted in different ways. Overall, a pleasant experience in a peaceful setting

5/5 Quiet, tidy neighborhood convenient to downtown (the State Street tourist areas). The property is exactly as pictured, with the addition of an amazing flower garden in the back yard! We enjoyed its proximity to South Holston Lake and to the Mendota Trail for biking/walking.

5/5 This house is a delightful, comfortable place to stay during winter. I enjoyed relaxing evenings on a cozy sofa in front of a warm fireplace.For anyone who likes to cook, the kitchen here is extraordinarily convenient.

Bristol getaway
5/5 Nicely laid out house. Best for couple or small family as beds upstairs were 2 twins and a cot and steps were very steep (not unusual in an older home). Downstairs was very thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Very walkable neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown.
