Coffee ON PORCH
5/5 That’s right every morning coffee/tea on front porch. Very peaceful , the traffic was sporadic which was NOT an issue. Short drive to Kerr Lake and shorter drive to Dollar General. There’s a nee Mexican restaurant that was very good and service was fast . It opened July 2025 and our party of ten had no complaints. Hope you get a chance to see the sunset and sunrise the next day. The kitchen is fully equipped with drip coffee machine, mixers,place settings, dishes,toaster and dishwasher. YOU ARE GOOD TO GO …… have a great time.

Kerr fishing trip
5/5 Another great stay in boydton. Superb location and property. It has everything. Quiet, safe location with plenty of room for parking. This is our go-to lodging option when we come to Kerr. We’ll be back.

Adorable
5/5 The house was cute, had pretty much anything you needed, and was the perfect size. We have a family, so the kids loved the extra beds in the same bedroom, and we could have the main room. We sat on the porch to drink coffee and just enjoyed the peaceful setting. While in town, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!!

4/5 Property is good, but wasn’t prepared for our stay. Third time staying here for fishing trips. Response was good, but very frustrating to show up to a dirty space.

Boydton Retreat
5/5 Our experience was very nice. Cottage was clean and comfortable. Could have been a little cooler outside. We picked the 97 degree weather 😱. But great accommodations.
