  Beautiful, peaceful location on a farm. House was in great condition and had everything we needed. Host was wonderful and was very accomodating. Would definitely stay here again!

  It fit our needs very nicely. Some things like shampoo, tissues and the usual bathroom necessities should be included.

We currently supply toilet paper, bath soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies. We also love adding special touches, including chips and water for late-night arrivals, a full coffee bar with flavored creamers and sugar, and a fresh farmers market bakery item.   We had an amazing stay in the Farmhouse. The Chapman Farm was just beautiful. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed watching the cows while we were having breakfast and dinner and watching the hummingbirds while we were relaxing and enjoying each others company. Thank you for opening your home up to us. The listing is perfect and the views of the property are spectacular. That's what sold me on the rental property.

  We enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate and well stocked. The owners were super friendly and shared a lot of history of their family and property. We will return for another visit.

  It is a beautiful place to stay, it was perfect for our trip. The Chapman's were warm and friendly. Very clean, very cozy. We would definitely stay there again.
