    I had the privilege of staying at this residence for 2 ½ weeks, and the accommodation was exactly as described. From the moment we entered, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home is well-maintained and perfectly matches its description, located in a great neighborhood. If you are traveling with a dog, this home is very pet-friendly, and the neighbors are very friendly as well.

  • Home away from home


    We were in town for a week for staff training and this house was very cozy and in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We weren't sent the WIFI password, but found the host number in the check-in and he sent it right away.

    Would definitely stay here again.

  • Check in nightmare


    The house was clean and useful as was the location. Nice neighborhood as well. The checkin instructions/code to enter was incorrect and we were not able to get a hold of the host until after 11pm. We were first at the property at 5pm. No washrags in the house. Initial communication was poor. Once communication was initialed by the host, communication was better. Taking over 5 hours to gain access was terrible. The owner offered a $25 discount which was insufficient and to honest, an insult to the circumstances created by the owner/manager.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and the homeowner would like to share the following: The guest did not communicate with us upon encountering difficulty with check-in at 5:00 pm. Instead, they sought assistance from a family member and then attempted access to the property at a later time. Although our Guest Contact promptly returned their call within the hour, the guest had already reached out to Evolve, who efficiently resolved the access issue. Evolve has a comprehensive record of the incident. Therefore, the assertion that it took over five hours to check in is not consistent with the timeline documented. Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

  • Needs love and deep cleaning


    House was nicely decorated. Dirty , rundown needs love put back into it. Cabinets falling apart, master bathroom needs tile work fixed. Chairs falling apart ,hot tub cover kept blowing off in the wind latches broken. Pillows very used and dirty.

    Has a no smoking rule when we walked in upstairs mainly master bedroom smelled strongly of pot and smoke alarm was disassembled and sitting on dresser.
