    Basement stay, you hear all overhead noises from main level, it rained heavily and the way out of our stay was flooded at the staircase entrance, there is a floor fan that is stationary in the living room. The back master room has no fan or A/C so it gets really hot. Other than that it’s worth what you pay, good kitchen space and living room space, small shower but big tub. About 15 from downtown SLC.
