Breathtaking hiking trails are located throughout the nearby mountain ranges, such as the Wind Caves Hike, Crimson Trail, and many more. Highway 89 through Logan Canyon curves along the Logan River for an unforgettable scenic drive. Fishing, hiking, mountain biking, boating, rock climbing, hunting and camping are available throughout the various canyons in the area.
Hyrum Reservoir is 7 miles from the house, perfect for a refreshing swim or paddle boat ride. Bring along your boat or jet skis to enjoy even more fun on the water or rent one through Invert Sports or Utah Boat Rentals! For a change of pace, drive 50 miles to Bear Lake, which offers additional recreation opportunities.
Four public golf courses await within 20 miles of the house for a relaxing day on the green. After a day of golfing, relax your muscles in the mineral water at Crystal Hot Springs.
Logan rests 11 miles from the house and is home to Utah State University so you can conveniently enjoy athletic events and celebrations of art and theater year-round.

Comfortable Retreat
5/5 We have stayed here several times for a sisters’ get-away and we love it. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when we had a question about the heat in the master bedroom.

Wellsville VRBO
5/5 Beautiful property nestled near the hills and mountains of Wellsville. Well cared for and convenient for all the Founder's Day activities we participated in. We enjoyed the pickleball court, trampoline, playground, and yard. We enjoyed our time there. Some of my grandchildren really enjoyed the black and white cats hanging about the property.

Family Fun
5/5 We stayed as a family and gathered all of our adult children and plus one's here. We had plenty of room to eat, watch sports on the tv, and play games. We particularly loved the ping pong table and the pickleball court!
Taking son to school
5/5 Nice quiet location minutes from Downtown Logan Utah. Large house with great amenities. Great place to destress during a time that can be very stressful.
