Great place
4/5 We thought the property was great. Excellent location. Great communication. The only issue was them at there is an attached pool house/casita that the owners son lives in on site. This was not advertised on line and I wish they were open about this prior to booking. However it did not interfere with our stay. Hosts were great and property was excellent

Decent, but wouldn't stay here again!
2/5 As I read through the previous reviews I realized, we should have found somewhere else to stay!
The house itself is nice, cool layout with decent appliances. Each room has separate bathrooms which was nice. But that's where it ends!
I'm a fairly strict father with well behaved kids who was completely taken back with all the "Rule" signs all over!
Lost/broken coaster $20 each! Seriously!
With all due respect, you're renting a property! Remove items like this if you're that worried about a broken or lost coaster! And it didn't stop there!
All sorts of fines for damages to this and/or that!
It was too much!
The beds aren't that great and the living room couch is absolutely terrible! The cushions are so broken down you end up sitting on the frame of the couch. ($500 fine if damaged)
I'm not a hermit but do enjoy privacy when I come home. The home needs shutters or blinds in the kitchen area to block out neighbors and their son living in the pool house.
That was the other issue, I was not comfortable with the additional guest living on the property. Especially with the lack of privacy. You feel like you're under constant observation. Made the stay not enjoyable.
The pool is nice but not heated even if you pay the $10 a day for it. The hot tub is nice too but takes 20-25 minutes to heat up if you plan on using. (Don't move or lose the remote! $800 fine)
Long story short, I would not stay here again!
Nice but could have been better
3/5 The house was easy to find and the email for check in instructions were easy to follow. Our frustration was that we text the host about the water not being hot in the house for showers or dishes and they never responded…we text them on the first day of our stay and still haven’t gotten a response 5 days later. Another issue we had is we were charged a cleaning deposit but we had to clean nearly every utensil before use. There were signs all over the property warning about fines which made it a little uneasy to enjoy yourself. The furniture needs to be upgraded…. Very uncomfortable couch and the master bed was very small and extremely squeaky. We had an overall enjoyable family get away, but we were a little disappointed in the property. Also…. It was not made extremely obvious that the owners son lives on the property and shares the pool area! We would have chosen a different property if we had seen that

Fun property
5/5 Nice to have the private pool and hot tub and the pac man game as well as the nice big tv. We had a great time.
