Great location to explore the area
5/5 The property was perfect for our family of five (two adults, three teens) to explore the area. The home was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and area attractions. The basement temperature was comfortable throughout our stay, despite no a/c and hot days. Great views too! It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer just upstairs in the garage to get our laundry done too. Host was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EVOLVE!
1/5 I've never left a 1-star review before. But this truly was one of the worst rental properties we’ve ever seen.
1) The home was extremely dirty. The floors looked (and felt!) like they hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed in weeks, there was crusted food on the dishes, and hair in the shower.
2) Sheets weren’t clean. There was hair and debris all over the sheets and even a hole in the king bedroom.
3) The front breezeway door is broken and doesn’t close entirely.
4) There were a few dead bugs in the bedrooms we had to dispose of. There were also ants in the back bedroom and in the dining room. I don’t want to deal with ants on vacation!
5) We picked up pieces of garbage in many of the rooms.
6) The driveway was in terrible shape. I didn’t feel comfortable driving our car down the driveway at all.
7) The oven was broken. Why advertise a full kitchen if the oven isn’t even functioning? What a waste of all the food we purchased.
I didn’t feel comfortable in the dirt and grim, and I definitely didn’t feel comfortable having my toddlers crawl around on the floors.
I reached out to Evolve to remedy the experience and they did not listen. So much for their "Rest Easy Promise." DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EVOLVE AND DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Book the Motel 6 down the road and you'll be in much better shape.
