4/5 This was a lovely place and very close to Bryce Canyon. The host was very responsive. The only item we found could use some improvement were the mattresses in the rooms - they were not comfortable. We would stay here again, though.

2/5 This is an old home. The floors are not level and creaked. The furniture was not particularly comfortable. The porch light didn't work. When we arrived we found wet linnens in the washer (been there a couple of days from the smell); a load of bedding in the dryer and a pile of bedding (dirty) on top of the dryer. There are a lot of rules for guests. Maybe there should be some for the property owner.

5/5 This was a very cozy home. Great location to visit the parks. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. It would be great for a family visiting the area.
