The beds were cozy, the property was nice. The walls need more insulation for sure. The home is sectioned into either 2 or 3 property listings. We did not realize that at the time of renting. This was not a problem because we stayed gone all day long except for at night. We came back in mid day to rest just one day and noticed the other occupants in the room beside us were turning on a light switch that was connected to our area and yelling at children. You could hear them even using the bathroom. We could smell the food they cooked, late at night. We were alarmed while resting when someone came and tried to open a locked conjoining door. I traveled with my mother to be outside exploring all that the Zion and Bryce area had to offer so for the most part we had all we needed in this location. It would have been nice to have more than 2 towels each for a 7 day stay and more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. We had no control over the thermostat which could have been turned down each night to keep cool. I submitted a question before arriving and never received an answer.

Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash bins, and a hair dryer, but those things were minor to us. The River Rock Restaurant was very close by and a great place to sit outdoors for food/drink.

The layout is a bit strange but it worked for our family.

Many necessities missing. Could not control temperature ourselves and windows did not open. No trash can in entire apartment except for a small one in the bathroom. Only inexpensive blinds on windows so ever light shined through.

It is a nice place, it was just a little hot. We had to sleep with the window open, we also got unlucky with the power being out on one of the nights but it was ok.
